Co-Founder & CEO, MatchDay Health · Trained in family medicine

I help clinicians translate their clinical expertise into high-impact, non-clinical careers — the same transition I made myself.

My story

From family medicine to founding MatchDay.

I trained as a physician in family medicine. Like many clinicians, I spent more than a decade building a career before admitting it wasn't the life I wanted. I know what burnout feels like from the inside.

My own transition wasn't a straight line. I left residency without a concrete plan, tried and failed to launch my first company, went back to part-time clinical work, and eventually broke into health tech, where I became VP of Clinical Operations at an AI startup.

Along the way I kept meeting brilliant clinicians who were overlooked, not because they lacked skills, but because no one had shown them how to translate those skills for a corporate audience. That's why I built MatchDay: to give clinicians the roadmap, network and expert coaching I wish I'd had.

Today, my mission is simple: help people build more fulfilling careers, because meaningful work improves not only their own lives, but also their families and communities.
