It took me years of silence to learn that.
Like a lot of you, I was a clinician. I started medical school at 24, excited and motivated. Somewhere in my clinical clerkships, a question showed up that never went away: is this what I actually want to do with my life?
I almost didn't start residency. I chickened out, and told myself things would change once I was in it. They didn't. One year, then two, then COVID. Midway through my third year, I made the hardest decision of my career and left, with [$400,000: Rami to confirm] in student debt.
I gave myself three years to figure it out. I started a business, and it failed hard. I applied to job after job and heard crickets. And I tried to do it all on my own, because I'm competent and figured I'd work it out eventually.
You've known for a while that you want a different kind of work. You've searched "non-clinical jobs" late at night with forty tabs open, and found titles you'd never heard of:
You couldn't tell which ones you'd actually qualify for, or which would pay what you need. Maybe you rewrote your résumé, sent it out, and heard nothing back. Or you made it to the interview, and lost to someone who already had the "right" title.
And a quieter thought crept in: maybe people like me don't really get out. Maybe all this training only counts in patient care.
I had that thought too. And on our calls with clinicians every week, we hear it in different words: "I don't think I want to do clinical anymore, but I don't know how to translate my skills."
It wasn't more applications. It was three things:
My first health-tech role was Director of Community at a startup in Austin. Then clinical operations. Then friends started asking me, "How did you get that job?"
That's when it clicked: once you have clarity and a strategy, this gets a lot simpler than it feels from the inside.
Since then, the team behind this bootcamp has been part of more than 200 clinical-to-non-clinical career transitions. It is possible, and it's learnable.
That's why I built the Non-Clinical Career Transformation Bootcamp: three one-hour live sessions, Nov 11–13 at lunchtime CT, that give you the clarity and the strategy I had to find the hard way.
On Day 1 you find the 2–3 roles that fit you. On Day 2 you build AI job-search agents that translate your real experience. On Day 3 you practice the story you'll tell in the interview. You don't have to quit your job to start, and you don't need another degree.
Three lunch hours. $99. Recordings included.
See you on Nov 11,
Each session breaks one of them, and each ends with something built. Before Day 1, you'll also get the Career Transition Snapshot: your role hypotheses, transferable skills and one next action, so you start from your own background, not a blank page.
"Apply to more jobs. Or get another degree first."
More applications spread you thin. The clinicians who make the move pick two or three target roles that fit, and go after those.
Test which non-clinical role families fit your background
Set your income floor, location and schedule constraints
Turn "I need a change" into a 30-day plan
Two or three role hypotheses with fit evidence, your constraints on paper, and three actions for the next 30 days.

“You don't want to be just spraying your application out. You want to be really targeted, like a sniper… two, maximum three target roles.”
"My experience only counts in patient care."
You're not starting over. You're translating. Lead with the role you want, and your clinical background becomes the reason you fit.

“If I'm constantly representing myself as a doctor… the hiring market is not going to see me as a product manager. They're going to see me as a physician.”
Build a factual career context file, then three saved, reusable agents that work from it:
Compares a job description to your real background: the fit, the gaps and the unknowns.
Turns real experience into résumé bullets and a career summary. It invents nothing.
Drafts a specific outreach message and a weekly plan you send yourself.
A search system that keeps working after the bootcamp ends, and a résumé that reads as business experience.
"Employers only hire people who already have the title."
The interview is where career-changers win or lose. A specific, practiced story about why you fit is how you compete without the title.

“Missing one interview like that can really set back your job search by months.”
Build your career-change story
Set up an AI interview coach that asks one question at a time and scores your answer
Watch a vague answer become a specific one, then revise your own
One practiced answer built on your real experience, and a story-bank template for every interview after.
A useful AI agent needs more than a clever prompt. It needs your background, your priorities and the role you're going after. So that's where we start. No coding, and no paid AI subscription.
Your clinical work and real accomplishments
The roles you're targeting
Your income, schedule and location priorities
Examples of how you want to sound
Clear instructions for each task
Your review of every output
“I educate patients and coordinate their care.”
Stakeholder education
Cross-functional communication
Care coordination
Workflow problem-solving
Illustrative example. Every agent instruction forbids made-up numbers, duties or credentials. It translates your real work; it never invents it.
Watch a career target become a roadmap, an agent setup and a stronger answer.
Apply each framework to your own experience with guided exercises.
Bring the parts you're stuck on into the live Q&A.
Return to the recordings and templates after the three days.
